Raz Rhubarb Pistachio Twice-Baked Croissant
A welcoming open door to springtime flavors and colors! it’s a sourdough croissant with pistachio frangipane, pistachio orgeat, raspberry rhubarb jam, crushed pistachios, and raspberry sugar.

The Prosciut-terie Danish
A Sarah-inspired flavor profile hitting hard, brought to life in croissant danish form: sourdough croissant, apricot mostarda, prosciutto, housemade burrata, olive oil, sea salt.

Croissant Cinnamon Roll
We love to sneak in a regular’s request. An OG Dahlia staple and favorite tucked away in the vault for later appreciation, this is as simple as they come. Sourdough croissant, cinnamon roll filling, brown butter glaze

A WILD Rice Krispie Sandwich
Two layers of puffed wild rice, rice krispie bar, sandwiching a layer of caramel filling. Salty, sweet, and our favorite: ooey gooey!

The Picnic
Imagine building the perfect sandwich to travel with you to the sunniest picnic spot. Crusty sourdough bread (something new we’ve been working on!), cultured butter, thinly sliced ham or blanched asparagus, stone ground mustard mayo, pickled red onions, greens. Served with kettle chips.

Crispy Cucumber Salad

PROVISIONS

Plain English Muffins
Four light and fluffy sourdough English muffins made fresh weekly in small batches, cooked in clarified butter. Store in the refrigerator or freeze for later use.

Dill Leek Bagels & Lox Cream Cheese
So good, we brought it back again. Four dill and leek bagels topped with white sesame seeds, served with a cup of lox cream cheese spread featuring cold smoked salmon, capers, shallots, dill, and everything bagel seasoning.

Sourdough Croissants 4-pack 
Plain sourdough croissants baked and ready to use for your own breakfast creations.

Focaccia Grilled Cheese Kits
Skip the meal prep this week and enjoy four pre-assembled focaccia grilled cheese sandwiches made with provolone, white american, gouda, and mozzarella. Simply toast your grilled cheese in a pan or in the oven for a quick and easy main course.

Guarantee your menu favorites by pre-ordering. You will be able to pick up your order any time during the pop-up. Pre-ordering closes end-of-day the night before the pop-up.

We also always save a limited inventory for walk-up sales.
